How to pay your bill online

We offer our customers two great options for paying their bills online. Customers can use our Quick Bill Pay option to submit a one-time payment to their account or enroll in Auto-Pay to register for recurring monthly payments.

If you are concerned about paying your bill on time, online is the best option and we make submitting a payment as easy as 1,2,3.

Who can pay bill online?

Unfortunately, our current system does not allow ALL customers to pay online.

Please take a look at your invoice. If there is a 5-12 digit number listed in the Account#/Link ID field on your invoice you are eligible to use our online bill pay system. (Where can I find this number?) 

If you do not have this information listed on your invoice please contact our billing department at 866-848-4848 x9102 to pay over the phone. Standard mail-in payment options also apply.

Option 1: Quick Bill Pay

Quick Bill Pay is an easy solution for making a one-time payment to your Towerstream bill online.

You will need:

  • Your invoice number
  • Account number or Link ID
  • Credit/Debit Card info for payment
  • Only open invoices can be paid, and invoices will be paid in full with this system.

Option 2: Enroll in Auto-Pay

Auto-Pay takes the hassle out of making monthly payments. Enroll in Auto-Pay with a credit or debit card and your bill will be paid every month automatically from your designated payment source.

  • Credit/Debit Card info for payment
