Terms & Conditions

• Referral program is open to existing Towerstream customers or Integrators.
• Company referred must sign up for Towerstream service within 6 months of referral date and be an installed customer for 60 days.
• There is no limit on the number of companies that can be referred by a current customer or integrator.
• Towerstream will apply a one time credit to the referring customer’s account or mail a check.
• Credits are non-transferable and applied to the referring customer’s account
• Towerstream customers will be sent a confirmation email with the referred company name, bandwidth purchased, and the amount of referral reward earned.
• Customer cannot refer the same company more than once
• Existing customer must be a current customer at the time of the referral and at the time that the new customer has reached the 60th days of being a Towerstream customer.
• Existing customer must be in good standing with Towerstream and have no invoices past due at the time of submitting referral leads.
